The fundamental dimensions of social judgment and evaluation, called agency communion, are overarching constructs in many fields psychology. Agency is related to goal-striving “getting ahead”, communion forming bonds along”. These used both interpret behaviors, evaluate targets. Bogdan Wojciszke was the first relate these perspective, show that perspective an actor more closely agency, whereas observer communion.
